Cross-country skiing - making tracks through the valley.

Cross-country skiing is in. With good reason! Such a great and sustainable sport. Classically sliding along or skating powerfully. Cross-country skiing strengthens the heart and circulation, it builds endurance and is easy on the joints. And there is always something different. Cross-country ski tracks run along the Gail river In Obertilliach there are tracks at the Nassfeld and the Lesachtal Biathlon Centre. You can hire equipment (skis, shoes and poles) from us free-of-charge.

Skiing. Really close by. And yet away from all the hustle and bustle of the ski resort.

You can reach Carinthia’s largest ski resort in just 20 minutes. Nassfeld. You can also easily take the free ski bus. What's there? Ski hire, ski depot, parking spaces, ski courses for children and adults. And of course, pistes, pistes and more pistes. You can get your ski pass at the valley station or online. And then return to the Daberer organic hotel. No noise from the pistes. No loud aprés ski. Wonderful peace and quiet and relaxation in the nature.spa.

Ice skating on natural ice.

What do you prefer? Leisurely ice skating or a small race? What's your choice? Starting at the daberer you have two options: Lake Weissen or the smaller Lake Pressegger. Both are worth the trip. You can also hire skates at Lake Weissen.
