Your room is available for check-in on arrival day at 2 p.m. Please check out of your room by 11 a.m. of your departure day.
Virtually the whole hotel is WiFi-free! With one exception. In the hof.garden , you have free WiFi access. All rooms are equipped with LAN outlets (except our organic double rooms). If you can't leave your work at home, LAN cables are available to borrow from the reception. They function wonderfully with laptops, though not with tablets or smartphones.
First thing in the morning, we offer our slow.food.breakfast. For lunch, a fine selection of salads, homemade bread, spreads and a warm dish of the day. In the evening, the choice is yours. Vegetarian. Fish or meat. Put together your own 4-course dinner menu. Read more here.
Essentially yes, if you are flexible. But at busy times, appointments for beauty treatments might simply not be available. That's why we strongly recommend - Reserve your preferred treatments in advance. It just takes a short phone call, email or enquiry via our homepage.
We are happy to cater to your allergies and/or intolerances. Please provide us with relevant information before you arrive, which will give our restaurant team plenty of time to prepare. If we have to create a separate menu, we will need to charge an additional fee. Please notify us with each new booking you make. We do not store any health data!
Rucksacks, hiking poles, Nordic walking poles, prams, bikes, cross-country ski equipment, sleds, snowshoes (additional fee). And naturally, our entire E-mobility fleet. That includes the BMW i3, our Slow Food electric scooters as well as E-bikes (additional fee, discounted for rail travelers).
We are a year-round business, only allowing ourselves a short break in spring and in autumn. The hotel is open until 17 November 2019. We then close briefly through 21 December 2019. Our spring break is from 13 April 2020 through 07 May 2020. Summer season 2020 lasts until 22 November 2020.
Depending on capacity, you are welcome to use our nature.spa until 1 p.m. at no extra charge. For a special price of € 15, you can use the nature.spa on departure day until 6 p.m. Please ask at the reception to find out if there is adequate capacity.
We have a big parking area right next to the hotel. We do not have covered parking or a parking garage.
A spa bag is provided for you in your room. Towels can be found on every level of the nature.spa. We have consciously decided not to provide disposal slippers. Please bring your own bathing slippers from home.
Yes, of course! :) On our big parking area, we also have a recharging station for your E-car. One outlet is Tesla only, the other universal. As a guest of the daberer, you can recharge for free.
Absolutely - simply tell us when you make your booking, so that we can take into consideration your specific vegan preferences. You will then be given your own vegan menu. Without any artificial additives. That goes without saying.
Dogs are permitted, though space is limited and we will need to confirm your request in writing. Out of consideration for all other daberer.guests, we can only accommodate a certain number of dogs at the same time. Please let us know that you would like to bring your four-legged friend when you make your initial reservation enquiry. It is not possible to add a dog to your booking at a later date.
We charge € 22 per dog and night (pet food not included, for the 2020 season). Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, bar and terrace, nor in the nature.spa , the garden in front of the spa area or the herb garden.
Stays with a dog that has not been registered in advance are billed € 44 per dog and night.

A short stroll. 3 minutes, to be precise. ;) You are welcome to swim in it in summer, though you will definitely find the temperature "bracing". Because fresh spring water constantly flows into the forest.pond , the water stays refreshingly cool even in summer. But it is wonderfully beautiful. Summer and winter. A true natural jewel.
Good idea! Simply request our daberer.detox base fasting package for the dates you prefer. Base fasting can also be enjoyed in combination with group yoga retreats. Dates are scheduled in spring, autumn and winter. Our full selection of packages can be found here. If you have any questions, the daberer.reception will be happy to assist.
The nature.spa at our hotel opens at 8 a.m., the spring-swimming.pool at 7:30 a.m., with guest access until 7:30 p.m. The forest.sauna is always open from 2 until 7 p.m. In the evening, you can reserve our log cabin in the forest for Time for Two. This romantic sauna evening costs € 40.00 per person (price for the 2019/20 season, please book in advance).
Cancellations are as unpleasant for you as they are for us.
Cancellations are subject to the following rules
- A cancellation must be provided in writing and confirmed by us.
- The following fees are charged if we are unable to rent the cancelled rooms to other guests
- up to 3 months prior to arrival: no cost
- 3 months - 1 month prior to arrival: 40 %
- 1 month - 1 week prior to arrival 70 %
- in the final week prior to arrival, in the event of delayed arrival or premature departure: 100 %
- Cancellations involving a prize voucher will result in forfeiture of the value of the voucher.
- Reservations are handled in accordance with Austrian Hotel Guidelines.
In order to avoid cancellation charges, we strongly recommend purchasing holiday cancellation insurance. We would be happy to take care of the formalities and advance the premium payment on your behalf. You will then be able to settle the charges at the same time you pay your room bill here at the hotel
- Holiday cancellation insurance must be requested at the time of booking and/or no later than 5 days after you have made the booking.
- Request insurance through us by phone or email.
- We will then send you the insurance policy.

Please note that the entire hotel incl. balconies and terrace is a no-smoking area. There is an ashtray in front of the main entrance for you to use. You are welcome to smoke cigarettes there.
