For all existing and all new bookings the following regulations apply for your free cancellation.
Cancellation conditions for all bookings with arrival from 08.01.2023 to 26.11.2023
- up to 1 month before arrival free of charge
- 1 month to 2 weeks before arrival 50% of the total arrangement price
- 2 weeks to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total arrangement price
- in the last week before arrival, late arrival and early departure 100% of the total arrangement price.
For bookings in the period from 26.12.2023 to 07.01.2024 the following cancellation conditions apply
- up to 2 months before arrival free of charge
- 2 months to 1 month before arrival 50% of the total arrangement price
- 1 month to 2 weeks before arrival 70% of the total arrangement price
- 2 weeks to 1 week before arrival 80% of the total arrangement price
- in the last week before arrival, late arrival and early departure 100% of the total arrangement price.
By booking, the Covid-19 regulations and access conditions valid at the time of travel are considered accepted. A change of the access regulations does not cause a free cancellation.
Booking changes such as extension, shortening or postponement
All changes to the existing booking are only valid with a written reservation change or written notification from the daberer.rezeption. If a double room is booked for 2 (or more) persons and only 1 person arrives, the price will be charged as confirmed.

With our cancellation conditions you can plan well. Up to 1 month before arrival you have the possibility to cancel your vacation at der daberer. das biohotel free of charge. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you free cancellation options at shorter notice. We also depend on a certain degree of planning security. If you can't or don't want to plan for the long term, we completely understand. In that case, we recommend that you do not book a room now, but only contact us when you can commit.
When booking, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance directly at the time of booking. This will give you even more peace of mind. Therefore, we offer you the insurance automatically with. Please also read the following paragraphs.
Reasons for cancellation
You have taken out cancellation insurance but have to cancel for another, verifiable reason. We fully understand such cases and try to act individually and accommodatingly. The daberer.rezeption will do its best to re-let the vacated room so that as few or even no cancellation costs are incurred as possible. (In the event that we succeed, we will only charge a handling fee).
In the event that you decide to make a booking without cancellation insurance, we ask for your understanding that in the event of a cancellation with a reason that would be insured, we cannot make a cancellation free of charge. The cancellation conditions mentioned above apply here. We therefore recommend that you take out insurance.
The daberer.reception will gladly take over the conclusion! That means we take care of the formalities for you and advance the premium. The bill is then settled together with the room invoice on site. The costs for the insurance amount to approx. 5% of the travel costs.

Further information of cancellations
- Cancellations of a winning voucher will result in the loss of the voucher value.
- The conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply unless other cancellation conditions (see above) apply.
- Cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by us.
- Eine Stornierung muss schriftlich erfolgen und von uns bestätigt werden.
- Cancellation insurance must be taken out at the time of booking or no later than 5 days after booking.
- Simply instruct us to take out the insurance by e-mail or also by telephone.
