Allow us to present to you: head chef Florian Bucar, Martina Salzer and Sigrid Jenul at the reception, head of housekeeping Bettina Lora, Conny Eder manager of our nature.spa and Romana Zameter, restaurant manager. They, and almost all of our staff, come from the region and know this world really well. They are, quite simply, genuine people, with a heart, dedication and boundless sensitivity. In exchange, we give them a year-round workplace, training and further education opportunities, along with our absolute appreciation and admiration.
Many of our employees live in the Daberer staff quarters – right next to the hotel. Here, in 2014 we completely rehabbed a 200-year-old farmhouse according to ecological principles. Absolutely in keeping with the desire to maintain the original appearance of the community. Today, it offers eleven high-quality residential units with shower and WC for our daberer.employees, with a special focus on our apprentices, who now don’t have to drive home every day, and for those few employees who hail from further afield.
