The ingredients for our cuisine are enjoyment to cook and to eat and the best food. 75 % of the used food is cultivated biologically. We decelerate all food – to provide confidence.

Organic farmers deliver milk, butter, tasty cheese specialities and meat, bread, baps, baguettes and cakes are homemade. Fresh salads, vegetables, herbs, cold-pressed oils, vinegar and a creative vegetarian cusine enrich the choice.

Potatoes from the Gailtal valley are cultivated by ourself. They taste delicious in all ways of preparation. Trout and salmon from clean mountain waters guarantee for perfect quality and taste.

Organic wines, fruit- and vegetable juices as well as schnapps have tasty aromas. The quality of the products is an important task for us. Fresh ingredients cooked with love – this is the credo of our cuisine.
